Food: This is my third visit to Inka, and the food here has always been an adventure. The Peruvian cuisine is amazing. The condiments that accompanied our entrées complemented each dish perfectly, and the flavors were truly delicious. The dishes were kept simple yet impactful, showcasing bold and vibrant flavors. Service: Mario was an outstanding and attentive server. He made sure to check on us regularly to ensure our entrées and drinks were to our liking. 5-star service! The restaurant was not busy during our visit. Ambiance: The restaurant had a minimalist decor with subtle Peruvian aesthetics. However, the tables and chairs could use an update, as some were wobbly and showing signs of wear and tear. (Hence the slight deduction in the rating.) I appreciated that the tables were covered with linen fabric. It maintained a simple yet elegant ambiance. Suggestions: To Diners: Be kind! This restaurant offers excellent customer service. Be adventurous and try something new from the menu! Heck! Try them all if you can.

Really incredible Peruvian food - highly recommend. Each dish had such incredible flavor. Even the aji was delicious. We ordered papa a la huancaina, arroz chaufa de pollo, lomo saltado, anticuchos, pescado al ajo. Ended dessert with helado de lucuma and picarones. Loved every bite.

Everything was delicious. We started with Causa (pollo), which was beautiful as well as yummy (add a little green spicy sauce...to everything :-)) and then each ordered Lomo Saltado (very good). I think the Chica Morada (purple corn punch) was much better with a few squeezes of lime. The server was nice and our food came out in a timely manner.

Delicious Peruvian, amazing table service, food recommendations and first time trying the purple "corn" drink. Only downside is I wished they would have told us they were charging us each time we asked for extra green sauce. It was $10 extra charge that we didn't discover until we saw the bill.

The interior had an appealing for a dinner date setting with an accompaniment of pop music. The service was well versed in the dishes and had great recommendations! Having Lomo Saltado from Peru I would say this restaurant serves an excellent authentic tasting lomo that rivals the one from Peru. They had wonderful sauces that were served with the Lomo that also had the authentic flavor to it. The uniqueness of Tallarij Verde bisteck was both appealing visually and palate wise. The Peruvian take on the spaghetti was masterfully done. The noddles were cooked to perfection and the steak was juicer than I expected which mixed well with the spaghetti. If I'm ever back in Palm Springs I would definitely come back here and would recommend anyone looking for authentic Peruvian food this location

Im going back there for a great food and staff!! The place was clean and comfortable for families, couples and group of friends
